“Product” shall mean the music that was purchased through Jingles For Commercials.com.  “You” shall mean a single individual, legal entity, or agent acting on behalf of an individual or entity.

JinglesForCommercials.com grants you an exclusive, perpetual buy-out license to use the Product within the permitted uses.  You may use the Product for media projects including, but not limited to, broadcast, audio productions, multi-media presentations, Internet streaming, Internet synchronization, physical locations including office background music and telephone on-hold systems.  You may alter or modify the Product as you may choose.  You may not resell or re-record the Product or use the Product to compete with JinglesForCommercials.com.  JinglesForCommercials.com is in the business of writing, producing, and recording original music for its customers.  Entering a similar or competing business with the use of the Product is prohibited.
